When making use of our complimentary Airport Transfer Service please provide us with your mobile number to ensure seamless communication.

  1. WhatsApp to be installed on your mobile device
  2. Google Maps to be installed on your mobile device
  3. Please familiarise yourself on the “Sharing Your Location” functionality, so we can track you – same as it would work with the Uber or Bolt applications
  4. Airport Game Lodge prides itself on working towards a paperless environment and all communication with guests are therefor on a digital platform (Whatsapp)
  5. Important information with regard to emergencies, general property information, wake-up calls and communication with Reception are facilitated through this digital platform
  6. Airport Game Lodge is in full compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013)
